1. Definitions

3.5 Eligible Players. phophen does not knowingly accept registrations from employees of phophen, its affiliates, associated game providers, or immediate family members of such employees. Registrations from such individuals are void.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phophen account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phophen will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phophen platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of phophen or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of phophen. Unauthorized use of phophen intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phophen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

10.2 phophen's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phophen account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 phophen does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. phophen will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, phophen may withhold any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation. 12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phophen support. Upon closure, any unwagered Real Money Balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returned upon voluntary closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
